PEMBINAAN CALON KHATIB DI MASJID AT-TAQWA WANASABA DAYA DUSUN EROT MAKMUR

چکیده

Khatib merupakan orang yang berperan dalam pembacaan khutbah saat sholat jumat. Namun fenomena terjadi di Dusun Erot Makmur bahwa keberadaan khatib terbilang sedikit, hal ini kemudian menjadi pusat perhatian penelitian. Pembinaan calon solusi menghasilkan generasi penerus serta memberikan variasi baru pada jumat, dapat menambah jumlah ada. Implementasi pembinaan melalui beberapa tahapan berupa pencarian gagasan musyawarah internal, seleksi standar kualifikasi, pengujian dan evaluasi khatib. Metode penelitian diterapkan kualitatif dengan jenis field risearch (penelitian lapangan) data diperoleh wawancara, observasi dokumentasi, sedangkan analisis dilakukan menggunakan model Miles & Huberman. Dalam proses khatib, bimbingan pengajaran dikembangkan STAD (Student Team Achievement Division) yakni suatu pembelajaran terbimbing dimana dikelompokkan kelompok kecil lembaran kerja untuk menguasai materi secara bersama-sama jalan saling membantu satu sama lain. Adapun hasil didapatkan, salah sudah mendapatkan persiapan baik, diizinkan tampil atas mimbar sebagai jumat masjid At-Taqwa Makmur, calon-calon lain akan minggu-minggu selanjutnya sebagaimana telah diungkapkan oleh tokoh masyarakat Makmur.
